At TripEase, we strive to provide fair and transparent service. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 48 hours before the experience:
Full refund (100%) of the paid amount.
Cancellation less than 48 hours before the experience:
50% refund. The remaining amount covers operational costs.
No-show without prior notice:
No refund will be issued.
Cancellation by TripEase:
In the rare case that TripEase:
cancels the experience (due to weather, logistical issues, or guide unavailability), a full refund will be issued or
a suitable alternative experience will be offered.

3. Booking Modifications
Date changes are allowed once only, if requested at least 48 hours before the experience.
Modifications are subject to availability.
